Peace. Take a breath and stay awhile. This is a living journal, a home for what moves me. I have faith something here will remind you of your own magic.

Within this space, you will be able to explore the truth of who I am.

The Message

- My Voice Matters: A weekly virtual space for us to have honest, healing conversations. Together, we explore what shapes and sustains us.

- Poetry/Writing: Visual poetry, spoken word, journal entries, and the thoughts I refuse to suppress.

The Movement

- Choreography: Everything from short 30 second pieces of me dancing while grounding and giging, or in the studio enjoying quiet creativity. To full performances of dance teams I’ve led and created for.

The Muse

- Fashion: Pieces I’ve worn that felt like extensions of me. Seasonal favorites, soft shifts and bold statements.

The Mirror

- Paintings/Drawings: Whatever the brush and pencil guided me to create… I listened.

All of which will be updated as often as I’m called too.

I created this space to house all parts of my art; part portfolio, part visual journal, fully… an ode to me. Read, watch, feel and experience the joy of who I am!
